By unifying reality capture data from drones, 360° cameras, and mobile scans, Track3D enables automated progress tracking, early deviation detection, and real-time project visibility helping teams reduce rework and deliver projects with confidence We are a fast-growing enterprise SaaS startup working with some of the biggest names in the construction industry and we’re just getting started Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to help build a robust top-of-funnel by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound engagement, is eager to learn a technically robust product, and is motivated to grow within a high-impact sales role. Key Responsibilities
· Act as a representative and spokesperson for Track3D and its product.
· Drive outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers and target accounts.
· Be the first point of contact for prospective customers and partners.
· Generate leads, build relationships, and nurture warm prospects through consistent follow-ups.
· Personalize outreach efforts based on intent signals, account research, and ICP insights.
· Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
· Identify new sales opportunities and re-engage inactive or dormant prospects.
· Conduct early-stage discovery conversations and product walkthroughs.
· Continuously refine lead generation and outbound processes based on feedback and results.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landspace. What We’re Looking For : Required Skills & Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
· Strong comfort with cold outreach and handling objections.
· Transparent ambition to grow within a sales organization.
· Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Tools Exposure
· LinkedIn Sales Navigator
· CRM tools (any)
· Email automation tools
