RF Engineers For Telecom Projects (Telangana)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer specializing in telecom projects to support RF planning, optimization, and network performance improvements. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in cellular networks and RF optimization across technologies such as 2G/3G/4G/5G. Key Responsibilities
- Perform RF planning, design, and optimization for telecom networks.
- Conduct drive tests, analyze data, and improve network coverage and quality.
- Optimize key KPIs such as RSSI, RSRP, SINR, throughput, and call drop rates.
- Handle site surveys, link budget analysis, and frequency planning.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Work with tools for post-processing and RF data analysis.
- Coordinate with NOC, field teams, and planning teams for network improvements.
- Support deployment, integration, and acceptance testing of telecom sites.
- Prepare RF reports, performance dashboards, and optimization summaries.
- Ensure adherence to telecom standards and operator requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RF Engineering for telecom networks.
- Robust knowledge of Cellular network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
- Hands-on experience in RF planning and optimization.
- Expertise in drive testing tools and post-processing tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, or similar).
- Good understanding of antenna systems, propagation models, and RF fundamentals.
- Experience in KPI analysis and network performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualities
- Experience working with telecom operators or OEM vendors.
- Strong understanding of LTE/5G optimization techniques.
- Ability to work in field environments and travel as required.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
