Position: Technical Support Engineer Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Location: Hyderabad/Vadodara Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Remote Shift Timings: EST Timings Job Description:
- The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics GP users.
- The role includes troubleshooting application issues, supporting ERP modules, managing system performance, handling database-related issues, and assisting with integrations and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics GP users
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues
- Support core GP modules such as Financial Management, AP/AR, GL, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales Order Processing
- SQL & Database Support
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries and stored procedures
- Perform data validation, corrections, and reconciliation tasks
- Support SQL Server database maintenance and optimization
- System & Integration Support
- Support ERP integrations using tools such as eConnect, Integration Manager, and SmartConnect
- Assist with SSRS reporting and Power BI integrations
- Troubleshoot customizations and add-on applications
- User Support & Documentation
- Provide end-user support and training
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Handle support tickets within defined SLA timelines Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
- Valuable knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL scripting
- Experience in ERP support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SSRS reports, SmartList, and integration tools
- Understanding of Windows Server environment and ERP systems Experience Required:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP / ERP support
