Role & responsibilities Execute chemical reactions at kilolab scale as per approved process documents. Translate lab-scale procedures into kilo-lab batch processes with defined CPPs and CQAs. Troubleshoot process-related issues during scale-up and batch execution. Prepare and review BMR/BPR, SOPs, risk assessments, and scale-up protocols. Monitor reaction parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, and agitation. Support process optimization for yield improvement, impurity control, and cycle time reduction. Coordinate with AR&D;, QA, QC, EHS, and Production teams for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and EHS guidelines in kilo-lab operations.
