We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Chat Process Executives. In this role, you will interact with global customers via live chat and ensure a seamless support experience by addressing queries effectively and professionally

Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. Record and maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Meet daily productivity and performance targets.

Required Skills Excellent written communication skills in English. Minimum 1year Experience is mandatory in International Chat

Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously. Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Qualification Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements). Experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Chat Process. Valuable interpersonal and time management skills.
