Role & responsibilities : Job Title: Trainee Stores Executive Location: GRP, Nuthankal, Hyderabad CTC: 6-7.5 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trainee Stores Executive to manage inventory operations, ensure accurate stock records, and support smooth material flow for production. The role involves handling raw materials and finished goods while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: •Maintain accurate physical inventory and digital records for inward and outward materials. •Ensure proper storage, classification, stacking, and protected handling of materials such as chemicals, resins, and hardware. •Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely reordering and vendor follow-ups. •Process material indents and issue materials to production with high accuracy. •Prepare and manage documentation including issue vouchers, invoices, and delivery challans. •Verify incoming materials against quality standards (size, grade, gauge, etc.) before storage. •Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. •Support stock audits and ensure up to 98% inventory accuracy in system records (SAP or similar ERP). •Ensure quick processing of material requests with 95% accuracy in material issuance.
