The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sectors diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EYs Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firms sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights. The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social Health care, Education, Urban Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste Sanitation, Power Utilities and Public Finance Management. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and advise on infrastructure projects within a government context, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Proficient in conducting feasibility studies and assessments to evaluate the viability of infrastructure initiatives. Skilled in preparing and delivering comprehensive project reports, outlining key findings and recommendations. Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project outcomes and enhance overall effectiveness. Ability to leverage industry insights and trends to inform strategic decision-making for public sector infrastructure projects. - Master of Business Administration Experience
