- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong experience with Java (11+), Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Amazon Web Services.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e. g. , PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, DynamoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of data structures, multithreading, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Stay updated with up-to-date technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience in Payment domain is a must.
