Job Description: We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through chat and other electronic communications. Skills Required:
- Strong Written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
- Strong understanding of sales and skilled in pitching products and services effectively. Job Details:
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements. Qualifications:
