Senior Software Engineer - AI (Telangana)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our IT AI team and help build AI-powered solutions that support teams across the organization. In this role, you will design and implement AI agents, workflows, and integrations that connect with internal systems and data sources. You will work closely with stakeholders from different departments to translate operational needs into reliable AI-driven tools that automate processes and enhance productivity. In this role you will
- Build and deploy AI agents and reusable workflows
- Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AI agents, workflows, and data connectors
- Evaluate performance and quality of AI-generated results
- Analyze logs and system data to build predictive maintenance and alerting solutions
- Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders across the company
- Translate business needs into reliable AI-driven solutions
- Explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve processes with AI Your background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
- Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks and designing multi-step agent workflows in production environments.
- Strong backend development skills (C#/.NET preferred; JavaScript, Python, or another programming language).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, including authentication mechanisms (OAuth2) and webhook-based integrations.
- Experience with web technologies Angular and React is a plus.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with Vector DBs
- Experience with automation platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n) is a plus
- Knowledge in building custom connectors and integrating enterprise systems is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI augmented coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work independently with minimal guidance
- Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers
