Manager Senior Manager Commercial Training Capability Development to support capability building initiatives across Asian markets, particularly Southeast Asia. The role will focus on strengthening sales force capability, selling skills, and managerial coaching effectiveness, while supporting the implementation of structured learning programs across countries. The incumbent will work closely with regional and country teams to support the Asia Commercial Capability Academy, enable future sales leadership development, and help implement digital and AI-enabled learning platforms. Key Responsibilities Support development and implementation of commercial training programs for sales teams and managers across Asia Strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement capability Support implementation of programs under the Asia Commercial Capability Academy Assist in developing managerial coaching capability and leadership development initiatives Support rollout of digital and blended learning platforms Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes Additional Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills Valuable understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and capability development Experience with digital learning platforms and modern training methodologies Education: Undergraduate Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
