- Drive corporate and institutional B2B sales across assigned territories
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and institutional accounts
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Admin, HR, and Procurement stakeholders
- Generate repeat business and bulk orders from existing and current clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Own and grow assigned accounts with a focus on revenue and retention
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with internal operations and service teams for smooth execution
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets
- Number of new corporate/institutional accounts onboarded
- Revenue from repeat and bulk orders
- Lead-to-closure conversion ratio
- Account retention and relationship depth
- Pipeline management and timely follow-ups
- Client satisfaction and issue resolution turnaround time Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2
- 5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate / Institutional Sales
- Experience in F&B;, Catering, or Services industry preferred
- Proven track record of handling corporate accounts and closures
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up abilities
- High ownership mindset with a strong focus on results
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Sales or Marketing is a plus (not mandatory) Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore. What We Offer
