Training Manager (Telangana)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective training programs for housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning services and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. food & beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide guidance on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service expectations. Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of soft services such as laundry, linen supply, waste disposal etc.
