- Strong engineering background with experience on production systems
- Early exposure to AI / GenAI, with explicit understanding of how AI fits into data and system workflows
- Solid exposure to data engineering and data pipelines, with ability to guide data readiness for AI solutions
- Strong Python skills for AI and data engineering (details below) Python proficiency (AI / Data Science–oriented)
- Strong command of Pandas and NumPy to handle complex datasets and prepare featureready inputs for ML/AI workflows
- Ability to write maintainable, reviewquality Python code (modular design, appropriate use of OOP, readable notebooks/scripts)
- Uses Matplotlib or similar libraries to interpret and validate data and model behavior during problem solving (not dashboarding)
- Demonstrates strong tooling discipline expected of AI engineers (Jupyter/VS Code, Git, clean environments, reusable artifacts) Expectation
