- Bachelors Degree Total 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min 2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager handled a team of 5+ people.
- Expert in Microsoft office.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Solid team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team.
