Senior Systems Operations Engineer (Telangana)

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer. In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
- Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
- Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
- Provides support for moderately complex technical OS and Hardware Support and Maintenance Activities.
- Prior experience of handling production support , handling Linux systems is a must.
- Positive understanding of writing Ansible playbooks to simply day to day systems administration work.
- Develop observability dashboard like Grafana , Splunk ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues using pre-defined guidelines.
- Knowledge on Infrastructure and Remote Administration of various Infrastructure Devices
- Familiar with ticketing and Monitoring tools and Acknowledging the Alerts in time.
- Familiar with Different Components of Infrastructure like Routers, Switches, Servers, SAN and NAS Devices.
- Familiar with Infrastructure Service Management Processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management).
- Knowledge or Certification in any of the OS Platform
- Able to extract the configuration information and Use basic diagnostic tools with Guidance for troubleshooting.
- Ability to Communicate and Co-ordinate with multiple support teams and business communications.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, including the appropriate escalation of critical issues. Job Expectations:

- Technical Support and Working Experience in any of Infrastructure Domain.
