We are looking for an AI Data Trainer to support the development of intelligent models by curating, annotating, and refining data used for training AI systems. This role is critical in improving model accuracy, consistency, and real-world performance. Role Overview As an AI Data Trainer at Scry AI, you will be responsible for preparing and annotating datasets, validating model outputs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of AI systems. You will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to ensure high-quality training data and feedback loops. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in working with AI systems and data-driven workflows in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities  Data Annotation & Labeling Annotate and label datasets for training AI models Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of labeled data Follow defined annotation guidelines and standards Model Evaluation & Feedback Review AI model outputs and identify errors or inconsistencies Provide feedback to improve model performance and accuracy Support iterative model training and refinement processes Data Quality & Validation Perform quality checks on datasets and annotations Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases Ensure datasets meet training and validation requirements Collaboration & Workflow Support Work closely with data science and engineering teams Support development of training pipelines and workflows Assist in refining annotation guidelines and processes Documentation & Continuous Improvement Maintain documentation of annotation processes and standards Contribute to improving data workflows and efficiency Stay updated with AI trends, tools, and best practices Required Qualifications and Skills Experience in data annotation, data labeling, or AI training workflows Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP or data processing Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Valuable communication and collaboration abilities Our Ideal Candidate Is detail-oriented and quality-focused Can work with large datasets and maintain consistency Is proactive in identifying issues and improving processes Collaborates effectively with technical teams Thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven setting Is interested in AI, machine learning, and data workflows If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI companies train and improve intelligent systems.
