We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant for Business Development and Operations Coordination for our new business expansion in Hyderabad.
The candidate will work directly with management in coordinating and implementing business strategies, operational planning, client coordination, staff management, and expansion activities.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinating with business owners, clients, and partners Managing business meetings and follow-ups Assisting in implementing creative marketing and business growth strategies Coordinating recruitment and management of required staff including digital marketing executives, web developers, video editors, and other operational staff Handling day-to-day operational coordination and execution Supporting business expansion and market development activities Managing communication and coordination between different teams
The ideal candidate should have robust communication, leadership, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to independently manage operations and implement strategies professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who wants long-term growth and the opportunity to work closely with management in building and expanding a new business operation from the beginning.
Requirements: Minimum 3 Years Experience Robust communication and interpersonal skills Operations coordination and staff management ability Business development understanding preferred Professional personality and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently Local travel for meetings if required
