Graphic Designer (GTB Nagar)

About the Role We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms, print media, e-commerce marketplaces, and brand promotions. The ideal candidate combines strong creative thinking with proficiency in design software and a passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance visual impact. You will ensure brand consistency across all platforms while delivering designs aligned with our marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities
• Design creatives for social media — Instagram, Facebook, , Ads, and WhatsApp marketing
• Develop brand creatives, marketing visuals, and campaign graphics
• Design catalogs, brochures, banners, standees, and print materials
• Create e-commerce creatives, product carousels, and A+ listing images
• Use AI tools to create creative graphics and short promotional videos
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams Performance Expectations Output Type Target Social Media Creatives 2–3 per day Marketing Creatives 20–30 per month AI-Based Creatives / Videos 4–8 per week Print Projects 2–3 per month Revision Standard Minimal revisions; high first-pass quality Required Skills & Tools ✦ Adobe Photoshop — advanced photo editing, compositing, and digital design ✦ Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logo design, and illustrations ✦ CorelDRAW — print-ready graphic design ✦ Canva — rapid social media and marketing templates ✦ AI Design Tools — Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms ✦ Working knowledge of social media marketing and e-commerce creative standards What We're Looking For
