One of our flagship products, BluEarn, is an AI-first Hospitality Management System with advanced agile pricing, designed to help hotels simplify operations and maximize revenue using intelligent, data-driven insights. We operate at the intersection of AI, SaaS, hospitality, and automation and we believe great design is not decoration, it is communication. Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategically thinking Graphic Designer who can help shape and elevate Blue Enigma’s visual identity across all digital and product touchpoints. This role goes beyond making social posts. We are looking for someone who understands:
- Brand systems
- Visual hierarchy
- Clean SaaS aesthetics
- Professional B2B communication
- Storytelling through design You will work closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to translate complex AI-driven concepts into visually compelling, easy-to-understand creative assets. Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Blue Enigma and BluEarn.
- Create brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and reusable design frameworks.
- Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, sales decks, and marketing materials.

Marketing & Campaign Creatives
- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, banners, ads, and campaign visuals.
- Convert technical AI and SaaS concepts into clean, professional graphics.
- Collaborate with the Growth team on performance-driven creatives.

Product & Sales Support
- Design pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and presentation templates.
- Create UI mockups, feature explainers, and landing page visuals when required.
- Support product launches and feature announcements visually.

Motion & Video (Preferred Skill)
- Ability to create short-form motion graphics, animated posts, or simple explainer videos.
- Convert static designs into engaging animated creatives for LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
- Design short UI walkthrough clips or animated infographics.
- Basic proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar is a plus.
- Understanding of visual storytelling for short-form B2B SaaS content.

Continuous Design Excellence
- Stay updated with modern SaaS design trends and visual storytelling techniques.
- Experiment with AI-based design tools and automation workflows.
- Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across assets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing creatives, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- Illustrator
- Figma
- Canva (supporting tool, not primary)
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout and hierarchy
- Color psychology
- B2B design aesthetics
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into structured, professional visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology companies is a strong advantage.
