Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities for luxury residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, and ensuring construction work is completed according to approved plans and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality, timelines, and project progress.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare project reports, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Manage site measurements and billing coordination.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and resources.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of site activities, progress, and manpower.
- Support project planning and execution for timely project completion. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical abilities.
- Experience in luxury residential or builder-floor projects will be preferred. Preferred Skills:
