Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation of Project Specifications, Quantification, Terms of Contract
- Understanding of drawings and other relevant documents provided by client and consultants to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Stay updated with and ensure compliance with market standards and valuable practices, applicable codes and BOQ standards, guiding junior team members as needed.
- Ensure all specifications, quantification, costs etc are aligned with industry standards, maintain high levels of compliance, quality and accuracy across all projects.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in Quantity surveying of all Structural works as well as finishing works.
- Good client facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
- Professional experience in all aspects of quantity surveying including Cost monitoring, Costing, Reporting and contract administration.
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to multi-task and stay ahead of deadlines.
