Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 4+ years of experience who can lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate brings robust creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. This role requires ownership, client interaction, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept design, presentations, and overall design direction
- Develop and oversee layouts, design detailing, and working drawings
- Manage projects end-to-end from concept to execution
- Guide, mentor, and review work of junior designers and team members
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution on-site
- Review material selections, finishes, and specifications
- Handle client presentations, feedback, and design iterations
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Oversee site visits and resolve design-related execution challenges Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in interior design
- Must be a graduate in Interior Design or a related field
- Strong design sensibility and conceptual thinking
- Expertise in design development, detailing, and material selection
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and relevant design/visualization tools
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects independently
- Strong understanding of execution, site coordination, and vendor management
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools in design workflows
- Experience across Residential, Commercial, or Hospitality projects
- Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is a plus
- Knowledge of materials, lighting design, and emerging interior trends
