MIS & Production Executive (GTB Nagar)

Monitoring CRM Data:
- Monitor CRM data daily to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare and share a detailed daily CRM report with the concerned team.
- Highlight pending follow-ups and track overall progress.
- Escalate to managers or reporting heads if any team member fails to follow up or update CRM on time.
- Ensure complete transparency and accountability in all CRM activities.
- Maintain records of escalations and follow-ups for weekly review. Data Organization & ERP Development:
- Collate and consolidate all existing production-related Excel sheets into a structured ERP-like system using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script.
- Design and implement automated workflows for data entry, tracking, and reporting across different production departments.
- Ensure seamless integration of purchase orders, inventory, production timelines, and delivery schedules. MIS Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate real-time MIS reports on production efficiency, material consumption, order status, and financial metrics.
- Develop custom dashboards and automated reports to provide insights for senior management.
- Analyze trends and data anomalies to suggest process improvements. Process Optimization & Automation:
- Identify bottlenecks in data flow and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Google Sheets formulas, macros, and scripts.
- Maintain data accuracy and security within the system. Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the production, procurement, accounts, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Train and assist team members in using the new system effectively.
- Provide troubleshooting support for any system-related issues.
- Responsible for warehouse optimization, inventory management, production planning & scheduling, machine capacity & workforce allocation, real-time shop floor monitoring, and ERP automation using Google Docs & Sheets.
