Senior Designer (GTB Nagar)

Position: Senior Designer @ Rasta (B2) Location: Gurgaon (NCR), Hybrid (Up to 3 days in-office) Experience: 3–5+ years | Full-time Apply: | Subject: SD Apply: 2026 Offered CTC:- Upto 7.5 LPA Who we are A brand strategy and creative studio that believes that brands are built at the intersection of strategy and culture. We work with founders, challengers, and category-makers to shape identities that don't just look good but mean something. Our work spans strategy, visual identity, packaging, content and campaigns. The role A strong individual design contributor with ambition to lead a design team. This is not a production role. You'll be working at the intersection of brand thinking and visual execution, shaping identities from the ground up and owning the quality of output that leaves Rasta. What you'll do
- Lead & execute visual identity projects end-to-end with a Design Lead — from initial concept development through to final brand design system delivery
- Execute content ideas that build brand through culture first design language
- Translate strategy briefs and positioning into compelling visual narratives
- Design across touchpoints: logos, typography systems, color systems, packaging, brand guidelines, digital, print, and environmental
- Present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate closely with the design lead, jr. designers, and motion designers
- Mentor junior designers and raise the bar on craft across the team
- We produce content/reels for all our brands, there might be occasions where you will have to act on camera What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in brand identity, graphic design, or visual communication — preferably at a studio, agency, or in-house brand team with strong creative output
- A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, not just technical proficiency. We care about why as much as how
- Strong command of typography — you have opinions about type, and they're valuable ones
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma and knowledge of UI design is a strong plus
- Ai based creative image composition skills is a must
- Experience working on brand systems, not just one-off executions
- Strong & Clear written and verbal communication skills Bonus if you have
