Negotiate prices, terms, and deadlines to ensure the best possible value for the company.  Strategic Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.  Budgeting: Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Manage the procurement budget and provide transparent financial forecasting.  Contract Management: Review and manage existing contracts and renewals.
