Senior Fashion Designer (GTB Nagar)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, client-focused, and technically strong Senior B2C Designer who can lead end-to-end client styling and design execution for our premium bespoke clientele. The ideal candidate should have a robust fashion sense, excellent understanding of garment construction, fitting expertise, and the ability to translate client requirements into exceptional finished outfits.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle one-on-one client consultations to understand design requirements, occasions, style preferences, and expectations.
- Create and suggest custom design concepts, silhouettes, styling ideas, fabrics, and embellishment options.
- Take accurate client measurements and understand body structure to ensure perfect bespoke fittings and garment execution.
- Conduct trials, fittings, and alteration markings with precision to achieve flawless final output.
- Lead the complete design journey from concept to final outfit delivery.
- Coordinate closely with production, inventory, tailoring, and quality teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure the final garment matches the client’s expectations and luxury standards.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends, luxury market demands, and design innovations.
- Support the brand in enhancing overall design quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C/custom design/bespoke fashion.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, draping, fittings, measurements, and fabric understanding.
- Must have expertise in taking accurate measurements and understanding fit corrections for premium bespoke garments.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong sense of styling and premium fashion aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
