Job Description ???? Experience: 3–4 Years We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to handle end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 3PL management, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and reducing RTO/RTV in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PL partners and daily logistics operations
- Handle vendor management and courier coordination
- Monitor and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) & RTV (Return to Vendor)
- Ensure timely order dispatch and smooth delivery operations
- Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and marketplace teams
- Track logistics KPIs and resolve shipment escalations
- Maintain smooth execution of D2C and marketplace order flow

Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Solid hands-on experience in 3PL and vendor management
- Good understanding of RTO & RTV handling processes
- Experience in D2C or marketplace operations preferred
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
