• Experience on GTM would be preferrable (event, cross domain linking, ecommerce, scroll tracking etc.)
• Setting up Google Analytics and Webmasters and analyzing the visitor statistics and research and utilizing the data for planning future SEO strategies
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization with the team
• Responsible for META tag and web content optimization for improved search results
• Creation and submission of XML sitemaps, HTML/PHP sitemaps and robots.txt
• Making On page changes via FTP or through the use of various plug-ins via Word press, Joomla or Custom CMS of clients Other desired skills
• Sound knowledge of industry best practices.
• Deep Understanding of Technology Behind Search Engine, Google Webmaster Guidelines, Search Friendly Websites, Google Penalties & Recovery
• Deep Knowledge of ON Page & OFF Page activities
• Strong awareness on Google Algorithm Updates
• Art & Visual Consciousness
• Strong Knowledge of HTML & CMS Panels likes WordPress; knowledge of PHP, Dreamweaver, FileZilla will be added advantage.
• Expertise with Excel Reporting (Filters, VLOOKUP, Calculation Formulas, Pivot, Graph, Chart)
• Hands on experience on tools like SEMrush is desired.
• Well Versed with presentation tools PPT, SlideShare, Scribd etc.
• Knowledge of Tech Tools: Firebug, Webmaster, Hootsuite, Yoono, Google Page Speed, GTMetrix, Alexa, Google Keyword Planner
• Content Writing, Posting, Sharing
