Night Shift Supervisor – Logistics Operations (Model Town)

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to manage and oversee all employees working during the night shift across different operational functions. The role focuses on team supervision, attendance management, issue resolution, and escalation, ensuring smooth night-time logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all night shift staff across multiple functions within logistics operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, late arrivals, absenteeism, and shift adherence.
- Address and resolve staff-related issues during the night shift and escalate critical matters to management when required.
- Ensure proper coordination and communication among night shift teams.
- Monitor workload distribution and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all night shift operational issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of night shift activities and incidents.
- Provide explicit written and verbal handover to the next shift.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Promote discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
- Support teams in resolving operational challenges and ensuring service continuity.
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and customers as required. Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in the logistics or transport industry (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and night shift challenges.
- Experience in managing teams, attendance, and shift-related issues.
- Good computer skills and reporting capability.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during night shifts.
