Role Description:

The Project Management Office Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple venture and internal projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are clearly defined and met. The PMO Executive will create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation, and support stakeholders by preparing status reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and partners. Day-to-day activities include coordinating cross-functional meetings, capturing actions and risks, monitoring project progress, and escalating issues where needed. The role also involves supporting market research efforts, assisting with resource allocation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Presentations skills to convey project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Well-developed Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with founders, cross-functional teams, and leadership in a rapid-paced environment.
