Role OverviewWe are looking for an MIS Executive / Data Analyst who can manage large datasets, build insightful reports and dashboards, and support management with meaningful business analysis. This is an Executive-level position. We are looking for hands-on professionals who enjoy working closely with data and business teams. Candidates seeking Manager-level roles may not find this position aligned with their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Generate periodic management reports and business review presentations.
- Work closely with sales, operations, supply chain, and management teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.
- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
- Translate raw data into actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
- Monitor key business metrics and highlight exceptions or risks proactively.
