Job Description – Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager

Company Overview

We are a rapid-growing restaurant and hospitality company operating multiple food brands, catering operations, cloud kitchens, and hospitality venues. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accounts qualified who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, taxation compliance, reporting, and financial coordination across our business units.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting Operations

Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Busy/Zoho or relevant accounting software.

Maintain purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries accurately.

Reconcile daily sales reports from restaurants, POS systems, online delivery platforms, and catering operations.

Monitor petty cash and cash handling procedures across outlets.

Vendor & Payables Management

Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and account reconciliations.

Ensure timely payment to suppliers, kitchen vendors, packaging vendors, and service providers.

Maintain vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

GST & Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.

Maintain proper tax documentation and compliance records.

Coordinate with CA/auditors for taxation, TDS, and annual filings.

Banking & Reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliations regularly.

Monitor company cash flow and payment schedules.

Coordinate with banks for account-related documentation and transactions.

Payroll & Expense Management

Assist in salary processing and employee reimbursements.

Verify outlet expenses and ensure proper approvals/documentation.

Track operational costs and identify discrepancies.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.

Maintain P&L; tracking for restaurant outlets and catering operations.
