Job Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager / Sales Manager / DSA Manager

Location: Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Locations)

CTC: 3.70 LPA

Business: Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals for RO, RM, SM, and DSA Manager roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing Home Loan and LAP business through open market and DSA channels while ensuring customer satisfaction and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Source HL & LAP business through open market and DSA channel

Build and maintain solid relationships with DSAs, connectors, and clients

Generate leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

Coordinate with credit and operations team for smooth processing

Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Provide excellent customer service and handle queries efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months to 3+ years of experience in HL / LAP / BFSI sales

Experience in DSA sourcing will be an added advantage

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Graduation preferred
