Warehouse Executive (Satari)

Position Summary The Dispatch Loading cum FG Warehouse Executive is responsible for handling finished goods storage, dispatch planning, loading supervision, inventory control, and documentation for the socks manufacturing unit. The role ensures timely and accurate dispatch of finished socks products while maintaining warehouse discipline, stock accuracy, and loading efficiency. ________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Finished Goods Warehouse Management
- Receive finished socks cartons from production and packing departments.
- Verify quantity, SKU, size, Colour, style, and packing details.
- Arrange finished goods systematically in warehouse locations.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system.
- Ensure proper Segregation, labelling and identification of cartons/pallets.
- Conduct regular stock counting and inventory reconciliation. Dispatch & Loading Operations
- Prepare dispatches according to Planning, delivery challans, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle placement and loading schedules with Planning & Logistics.
- Supervise loading/unloading activities safely and efficiently.
- Ensure correct quantity and product not to mix during dispatch.
- Prevent dispatch shortages, damages, and loading errors.
- Seal vehicles and maintain dispatch records. Documentation & Inventory Control
- Maintain dispatch registers, scanning details, stock records, Invoice, and loading sheets.
- Update ERP/Excel stock reports daily.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and production teams for dispatch planning.
- Track pending dispatches and customer orders.
- Maintain inward/outward material records. Warehouse Housekeeping & Safety
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organized storage.
- Follow safety standards during loading and stacking.
- Monitor carton handling to avoid damage.
- Support audits and physical stock verification. Required Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to handle loading manpower and transport coordination.
- Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred depending on experience) Experience
- 25 years experience in FG warehouse or dispatch operations.
- Experience in textile/socks/garment manufacturing preferred. Working Conditions
