Inventory Control Stock Management Conduct regular physical stock counts daily weekly monthly and ensure 100 accuracy Update inventory in the inventory management software in real-time Maintain proper records of stock receipts issues adjustments and transfers Ensure correct stock movement using FIFO First In First Out method as per company policy Maintain bin cards for each item and ensure synchronization with system data 2 Physical Stock Verification Match physical stock with book system stock through periodic audits Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock and report to management Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock for audit purposes 3 Purchase Planning Management Plan and manage purchases based on Seasonal demand trends Ongoing schemes and promotions Client-specific requirements Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking 4 Stock Ageing Dead Stock Removal Perform stock ageing analysis to identify slow-moving or expired items Initiate timely removal or clearance of dead stock through returns discounting or scrapping Share detailed ageing reports with management for review and decision-making 5 Goods Receiving Quality Check Oversee the receiving of stock from suppliers or manufacturers Conduct quality checks on all incoming items to ensure functionality and no physical damage Report shortages damages or incorrect items and lodge purchase returns accordingly 6 Stock Transfers Returns Management Plan and execute stock transfers from the warehouse to retail stores based on sales trends Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of stock movement Cross-check sales return items from retail stores for quantity condition and return reasons Update inventory records for all returns and coordinate with the concerned teams 7 Training Team Management Train recent and existing inventory staff on inventory software stock handling SOPs and safety Assign duties monitor performance and ensure adherence to operational protocols Promote a culture of accountability cleanliness and efficiency 8 Warehouse Organization Cleanliness Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment at all times Ensure proper storage labeling and segregation of items as per product category and condition Implement best practices for material handling and workplace hygiene 9 Documentation Reporting Maintain up-to-date records of Inward outward stock Purchase and sales returns Stock ageing reports Dead stock reports Prepare and share regular reports with management 10 Technical Skills Communication Proficient in MS Excel Basic Advanced functions VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Data Validation etc for inventory tracking and reporting Efficient in email communication for professional coordination with vendors retail stores and internal departments Capable of working with inventory management software ERP or custom systems Soft Skills Competencies Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and stock handling Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks under pressure Team leadership and staff development skills Must complete task within deadlines set by the management Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00
