Job Title Office Boy HousekeeperJob Summary The Office Boy Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises assisting with basic administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth and clean working environment for employees Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Cleanliness Clean and maintain office areas including floors furniture workstations meeting rooms and washrooms Ensure regular dusting sweeping mopping and waste disposal Maintain cleanliness of pantry and ensure utensils are washed regularly Office Support Serve tea coffee and water to staff and guests Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after meetings Handle basic filing photocopying and document delivery within the office Support office staff in daily administrative activities as required Monitor and maintain inventory of pantry items and office supplies Outdoor Tasks if required Visit banks post offices or other offices to submit or collect documents Assist in purchasing office supplies or materials Skills Requirements Basic reading and writing skills Good communication and polite behavior Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently Trustworthy responsible and respectful Prior experience in housekeeping or office support is an advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00
