Escalation: Coordinating with technical or product teams for complex cases that cannot be resolved at the first level. Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Exceptional written communication and email etiquette are mandatory. Typing Speed: Many roles require a typing speed of at least 50–70 WPM to handle high volumes efficiently. Education: Typically requires a High School diploma or a Bachelor’s degree, depending on the complexity of the service. Soft Skills: High levels of patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Age criteria 18 to 29 years
