Tele Caller Executive Jayanagar

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, leads, and appointments. Provide accurate information about hospital services, Interventional Radiology procedures, and consultation availability. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and camps. Coordinate patient appointments with doctors and front office teams. Maintain patient records, inquiry logs, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel trackers. Ensure excellent patient experience through empathetic and skilled communication. Support the marketing and business development team in camp confirmations, feedback calls, and post-visit follow-ups. Escalate complex or critical cases to the Head of Marketing or Operations Head. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
