- Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, entering data into company systems, and preparing reports for management.
- Administrative Support: Filing, document organization, photocopying, scanning, and managing office correspondence.
- Office Operations: Monitoring inventory, ordering stationery/office supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Finance & Support: Processing invoices, assisting with billing, and providing supporting HR documentation, such as tracking attendance.
- Communication: Handling internal emails, coordinating with departments, and directing inquiries. Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and office software systems.
- Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
