Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey booking payments documentation possession after-sales Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries provide updates and ensure high customer data Manage CRM software to track leads sales pipeline and customer data Support clients with loan documentation registration process and other formalities Handle customer escalations effectively ensuring timely resolution Liaise with internal teams marketing finance and legal and operation projects to ensure smooth customer on boarding and delivery Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales performance lead conversion customer feedback and collections Provide inputs for making campaigns events and promotional activities to improve lead quality and customer enragement Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field MBA preferred 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales and CRM depending on role seniority Robust communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target Customer -centric mindset with problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced environment Key Competencies Sales orientation and target -driven approach Relationship-building and customer service excellence Market awareness Team collaboration and coordination Job Type Full time Experienced Real estate sales 2 years Required Language Odia Hindi English Note Joining shall be immediate Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00
