Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contacting potential or existing customers to pitch products, services, or recent offers.
Lead Generation: Qualifying prospects and building a pipeline for the field or closing sales team.
Inbound Support: Handling incoming calls to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information.
Follow-ups: Nurturing leads through scheduled call-backs and sending requested information.
Data Management: Accurately updating call statuses, customer details, and feedback into the CRM or database.
