The firm specializes in business consulting, manpower staffing, HR consulting, recruitment services, digital marketing, and technology solutions for startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises. Role Overview The Business HR role is a strategic and operational position responsible for managing HR Generalist functions, Manpower Staffing Solutions (Temporary & Permanent), Revenue Generation, Client Management, Accounts Coordination, and Office Administration. The role demands robust ownership, process orientation, and accountability across people, business, and operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Staffing Solutions & Business Operations ● Own and manage the Manpower Staffing Solutions vertical (Temporary & Permanent Staffing) with a profit-oriented revenue model. ● Identify, onboard, and manage new and existing clients for staffing services. ● Create, negotiate, and execute staffing and service agreements with clients. ● Ensure staffing operations meet revenue, margin, and collection targets. ● Track business performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance profitability. 1. Client Management & Coordination ● Act as the primary point of contact for staffing and HR clients. ● Ensure timely delivery of manpower as per client requirements. ● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded. ● Coordinate for invoicing, collections, follow-ups, renewals, and escalations. ● Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and compliance documents. 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for: ● Client requirements ● Internal positions ● Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases. ● Conduct screening, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding, and closure. ● Ensure recruitment positions are filled within committed timelines (TAT). ● Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and performance reports. 1. HR Generalist Responsibilities Execute complete HR Generalist functions, including: ● Recruitment & onboarding ● Appointment letters and HR documentation ● Induction programs ● HR policy formulation and implementation ● Performance management & appraisals ● Attrition and retention strategies ● Training & development programs ● Employee engagement initiatives ● Disciplinary actions and grievance handling ● Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements. 1. Accounts Coordination & Financial Oversight Coordinate with internal/external accounts teams for: ● Client invoicing and billing ● Salary processing inputs and payroll coordination ● Expense tracking and approvals ● Ensure timely collections from clients and follow up on outstanding payments. ● Maintain financial records related to staffing revenue, collections, and expenses. ● Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability tracking for the staffing vertical. 1. Office Administration & Operations Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations, including: ● Office facilities, vendors, and infrastructure coordination ● Asset management and inventory control ● Attendance, leave records, and office discipline ● Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and compliance with company standards. ● Maintain administrative records, statutory documents, and office-related reports. 1. Team Management & Training ● Manage, guide, and monitor HR, recruitment, and support teams. ● Train, mentor, and groom junior staff on HR processes, staffing operations, and client handling. ● Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity assessments. ● Build a disciplined, data-driven, and accountable team culture. 1. Process, MIS & Reporting ● Ensure strict adherence to HR, staffing, accounts, and administrative processes. ● Maintain and submit accurate MIS, dashboards, and periodic reports. ● Ensure documentation, trackers, agreements, and records are updated and audit-ready. Pay: ₹45,000.00
