Floor Manager (Jayanagar)

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and energetic Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day floor operations at Radha Store by Rapid Rashmi. The role involves managing customer experience, supervising floor staff, ensuring smooth store coordination, maintaining visual presentation, and supporting sales operations. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Floor Operations Management
- Supervise and manage daily activities on the store floor.
- Ensure smooth customer flow and excellent in-store experience.
- Monitor overall cleanliness, discipline, and presentation of the floor area.
- Ensure products and displays are properly arranged and maintained. 2. Customer Experience & Assistance
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and queries.
- Ensure customers receive prompt and professional service.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Support the sales team in enhancing customer engagement. 3. Team Supervision
- Manage and coordinate floor staff and sales associates.
- Assign daily responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure punctuality, grooming, and professionalism among team members.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff. 4. Sales Support
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams during peak hours. 5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Ensure sarees/products are displayed attractively as per brand standards.
- Coordinate seasonal displays, festive collections, and promotional setups.
- Maintain overall visual appeal of the store floor. 6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with store manager and backend teams for operational requirements.
- Share updates regarding customer feedback, floor issues, and team performance.
- Assist during store events, launches, and promotional activities. 7. Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with stock and inventory teams for product availability on the floor.
- Ensure proper tagging, folding, and arrangement of products. Skills Required
