Job Title Reception / Administration Executive Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Reception / Administration Executive who can manage front office operations, coordinate daily administrative activities, and maintain qualified communication with clients and staff. The candidate should be organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk and reception activities
- Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Welcome and guide patients, visitors, and clients
- Maintain appointment schedules and daily records
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Manage emails, documents, and office files
- Maintain attendance and staff coordination records
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and proper management of reception area
- Handle basic computer work, reports, and data entry
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer communications when required Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam/Hindi/Kannada preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and customer handling ability
- Previous experience in reception or administration is preferred Preferred Skills
- CRM handling experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team coordination and problem-solving skills
