Retired Defence Officer / Colonel JIET Gurukul Academy Job Type: Full-time Location: Jind, Haryana JIET Gurukul Academy is looking for a disciplined, responsible, and experienced Retired Defence Officer / Colonel to oversee campus discipline, student management, and administrative operations. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, administrative experience, and the ability to maintain a positive and disciplined educational environment. Roles & Responsibilities
* Maintain discipline and security within the campus and hostel premises
* Supervise student behaviour and ensure proper conduct
* Coordinate with management, hostel staff, and academic departments
* Monitor daily administrative and operational activities
* Guide and mentor students in discipline, leadership, and personality development
* Conduct inspections, assemblies, and discipline-related activities Eligibility Criteria
* Retired Colonel / Lieutenant Colonel / Major or equivalent Defence background preferred
* Robust leadership and administrative skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Physically fit and capable of handling campus responsibilities
* Experience in school administration or hostel management will be an added advantage Experience
* Minimum 10+ years of Defence service preferred Salary
