Sales Executive – Retail Sales (Jind)

Chalti Fashions is looking for a agile and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle retail counter sales of ladies' suits, dress materials, and fashion products. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, designs, and pricing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales value.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Billing & Order Handling
- Prepare bills and assist customers with payment procedures.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer orders.
- Coordinate with management regarding special orders and customer requests. Store Operations
- Ensure products are neatly displayed and organized.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
- Replenish shelves and displays as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
- Report low stock or damaged products to management. Customer Follow-up
- Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer contact records for future sales opportunities. Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in garments, fashion, textiles, or ladies' wear will be an advantage. Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic mobile and computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle billing software and digital payments. Working Hours
