Lead Java + React Developer (Jodhpur)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
- Lead end-to-end application architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and distributed microservices-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, architecture governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and solution estimations.
- Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and cloud readiness.

Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience in Microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Strong front-end development experience using React.
- Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience in building scalable and enterprise-grade applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
