Lead Java + React Developer Jodhpur

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.

Lead end-to-end application architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.

Develop and implement RESTful APIs and distributed microservices-based systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.

Drive best practices in coding standards, architecture governance, security, and performance optimization.

Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and solution estimations.

Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Ensure application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and cloud readiness.

Mandatory Skills:

10+ years of overall software development experience.

Solid hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.

Extensive experience in Microservices architecture and REST API development.

Robust front-end development experience using React.

Robust understanding of system design, application architecture, and design patterns.

Experience in building scalable and enterprise-grade applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
