Digital Media&Creative Operations ManagerLocation: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Hybrid Work Option Available) About the Role We are looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Media&Creative Operations Manager to lead and manage our in-house media and digital operations unit for Dunes Academy and associated businesses. The candidate will supervise social media marketing, website management, YouTube content workflows, DTP/design work, branding activities, and creative operations while coordinating with the internal team.This is a leadership and management role requiring creativity, organizational skills, and practical digital marketing knowledge. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise social media platforms Plan and execute content calendars Coordinate website updates and development tasks Supervise YouTube content production and publishingHandle branding and digital marketing activities Manage DTP and creative design workflows Coordinate with photographers, editors, designers, and content creators Monitor analytics and performance reports Ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects Maintain brand consistency across all platformsRequired Skills Experience in social media marketing and digital branding Basic understanding of website management (WordPress preferred) Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools Understanding of YouTube content workflows Basic SEO and content strategy knowledge Strong communication and team management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or media management Experience handling educational or business brands is preferred Knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage Work Mode Hybrid work model preferred.
